  • Yes. All orders placed before 31 July 2025 will be processed and dispatched as usual. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Our product return policy is unaffected by the website closure. You can return products within 30 days. Post-closure refund requests can be directed to customerserviceUSA@renskincare.com.
