If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer a refund providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer services by email at customerserviceUSA@renskincare.com or by giving us a call at 310-356-4144 for a return authorization.

We aim to handle your returns within ten working days of receiving the goods.  REN Clean Skincare is not responsible for return postage, shipping labels, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.  

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
